has encouraged me to make healthy foods taste good for me.
Egg White Tacos
2-3 Egg Whites
First step is to prepare egg whites as you desire. I personally add turmeric, black pepper, and pink Himalayan sea salt for taste. While the egg whites are cooking, I warm up three small cauliflower tortillas. Flipping them over to evenly warm up both sides. And after that is done, you take the tortillas and put them on a plate. Evenly spread out egg whites and add sauerkraut on top as desired. And that’s it!
My Go-To Healthy Frosted Flakes Cereal
1 cup of Organics Frosted Flakes
Suzie’s quinoa milk
Grab your favorite bowl and serve yourself some healthy frosted flakes, made with natural cane sugar. Add quinoa milk as desired. I personally enjoy half a cup, I allow the flakes to absorb the milk for a minute before taking my first spoonful. Enjoy, guilt free!
